PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH
Six governed stages.
Each stage answers one practical question about how a supplier file becomes a usable catalogue.
- 01
Upload
Start with CSV or XLSX supplier information containing a barcode or basic product name.
- 02
Identity resolution
Barcode-first matching establishes the correct governed product identity.
- 03
Enrichment
English naming, Arabic localisation, taxonomy and governed imagery complete the record.
- 04
Validation
Identity, naming, taxonomy and imagery are checked together. Review is used when required.
- 05
Segment-specific output
Grocery receives three taxonomy levels; Pharmacy receives two.
- 06
Delivery
Approved records are returned as consistent customer-ready catalogue data.
SEGMENT-SPECIFIC OUTPUT
The taxonomy follows the catalogue.
Grocery and Pharmacy records share the same governed foundation without forcing the same category depth.
PHARMACY
GOVERNED DELIVERY
Review appears only when required.
Records needing further evidence can be held for review before approved customer-ready delivery.
